1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, underwear/innerwear/socks/nightwear products are eligible only if:

• The product is unused

• Packaging, tags, and labels are intact

• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items without original packaging

• Damage caused by customer

• Clearance sale items

2. Return Process

To request a return:

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
