Refund & Return Policy

At MyCR7India, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for purchases made on our Website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, underwear/innerwear products are eligible only if:

  • The product is unused

  • Packaging, tags, and labels are intact

  • A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Damage caused by customer

  • Clearance sale items

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@mycr7india.com, or

  2. Submit a request through the website (Contact/Support Form).
    Provide your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after:

  • The returned product passes quality check

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after product approval.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The requested size/color is available

  • The returned item passes inspection

If not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos, and we will resolve it immediately.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
